Last nite Sgt. L got an IM from a buddy who was in the reserves with him and found out that there were several from his old unit who had been recalled for active duty. To back up a little, Sgt. L used to be part of the Navy Reserves and is now with the National Guard. His tour in Iraq last year was with the Navy; he and three others were picked from his unit and assigned to another unit. Now they are cherry picking from the Navy unit for deployment. In our heart of hearts we know if he was still there a second deployment would definitely be underway for us. We wish all of them well as they embark upon this journey. We pray their tour is successful and all will return home safely and quickly.
